The Story of real&co.

Real&Co was founded in 2025, on a simple, yet profound realization: the world of Customer Experience (CX) was overflowing with theories and frameworks, yet often fell short in delivering tangible, real-world impact. Our founders observed a significant gap between academic CX concepts and the messy reality of implementing them effectively.

Driven by a shared vision, the founder team set out to cut through the industry noise, offering solutions rooted in both academic rigor and battlefield-tested wisdom. Their expertise wasn't just theoretical; it came from guiding more than a hundred real-world transformations, delivering solutions that actually work.

This led to the mission to "Make CX Real Again." Real&Co was formed as "The No-Nonsense CX Collective," committed to providing measurable results and moving beyond abstract theories.
